Papers are sourced with consideration for the quality required for the process. Where possible and appropriate, environmentally friendly recycled papers are used. Please note recycled paper may have some natural imperfections.
Digital and Giclée Fine Art printing processes are used. Please check the product description for information on which process has been used.
Custom Illustrations: Unless otherwise stated, bespoke ink illustrations are created on Daler-Rowney 200gsm, acid-free paper.
Delivery is available throughout the UK. To keep shipping costs low, I operate flat rates based on order value.
All items are posted via Royal Mail from Birmingham, UK.

I process and send you goods as quickly as possible, usually within 1 – 5 business days. Custom illustration orders typically have a 4-week lead time although it is often much quicker than this. I will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of order and keep you updated throughout the illustration process.
Simona Illustrates does not accept responsibility for local shipping delays, such as holidays or strike days.
Simona Illustrates is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes the responsibility of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Simona Illustrates uses Paypal and Swipe to securely handle all payments on this website.
Simona Illustrates stores your order history within the Wix website system. This information is not shared with any third parties and it is not saved into a mailing list.
Returns Policy for Prints or Greetings Cards
If you are not completely satisfied upon receipt of your order, please contact me immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can return items within 7 days from the receipt of your order. Proof of postage within this time is required to receive your refund.
Any items returned to Simona Illustrates must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with no evidence of damage or use.
The customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of an order. Items must be sent via registered mail to ensure tracking is available. Simona Illustrates takes no responsibility for deliveries being returned which go missing or are undelivered.
Providing the above conditions are met, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds can only be made to the card or method you made the purchase with. Refunds will be processed with 30 days of receipt of the item(s) returned.
Returns Policy for Custom Illustrations
Custom illustrations that are specially made to order cannot be resold and are therefore non-refundable unless they are faulty, in accordance with the Distance Selling and Online Trading Regulations.
Cancellations are offered subject to discretion. If you wish to cancel a custom order, please contact Simona Illustrates to discuss on email@example.com.
All custom orders are made using the information you provide at the time of order. If you notice any errors after you have approved and signed off the design following receipt of the PDF proof, Simona Illustrates does not take responsibility for this error.
If your item is damaged or faulty, you can return it within 7 days of receipt. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org clearly detailing the following:
Order reference number
Your full name
Daytime contact number
Details of the product you wish to return
Photographic evidence of damage or fault
The reason for the return
